Super Hamza / Terms

Terms of Use

The licence that comes with your copy of Super Hamza. We've kept it short and plain. It never takes away your rights under consumer law.

Effective date: 28 October 2026

In brief

  • You pay once on Google Play. That gives you a personal licence to play Super Hamza on your own Android devices.
  • There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, and there's nothing else to pay later.
  • Please don't copy, resell or share the game itself, or change it.
  • Refunds go through Google Play. Your legal rights as a consumer always apply.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and EratechIT ("we", "us"), the maker of Super Hamza (the "game"). They apply when you buy, install or play the game. You buy the game through Google Play, so Google Play's Terms of Service also apply to the purchase. If these terms and Google Play's terms differ about the purchase itself, Google Play's terms win.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. In short, the game collects none.

2. Your licence

When you buy the game, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install it and play it, for your own and your household's non-commercial use, on Android devices that you own or control and that are signed in to the Google Play account used to buy it, as Google Play's terms allow.

The licence lasts as long as you keep the game, unless it ends under section 10. You're buying a licence to use the game, not the game itself.

3. What isn't allowed

Unless the law gives you a right to do it anyway, please don't:

  • copy, sell, rent, lend, share or distribute the game or its installation files, or make them available online;
  • change, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or take apart the game, or make anything based on it;
  • remove or change copyright notices, the hadith references or the credits;
  • use the game, its characters, art, music or text for commercial purposes, including in other products or in training other software, without our written permission.

Making videos, screenshots or reviews of you or your family playing is fine, as long as you don't suggest that we endorse you.

4. Price, payment and refunds

  • The game is sold for a one-time price shown on Google Play before you buy. Google Play takes the payment and handles taxes and receipts.
  • There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no adverts. Nothing in the game can be bought with real money, and the Noor Tokens, stars and gems in the game have no money value.
  • Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Within 48 hours of buying, you can request one from Google Play directly. After that, write to us at [email protected] with your Google Play order number, and we'll consider your request fairly. See our support page for how.

5. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms takes away or limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that can't be changed by agreement. For example:

  • in the United Kingdom, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described; if it isn't, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that isn't possible, to some or all of your money back;
  • in the European Union, you have similar rights under the rules on digital content in your country;
  • wherever you live, any other rights your local law gives you also apply.

When you buy and download the game, Google Play may ask you to agree that the download starts straight away. Where the law allows, that means the usual 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right no longer applies once the download has begun. Your rights if the game is faulty are not affected.

6. Children and parents

Super Hamza is made for children aged about 5 to 12, but it's bought by a parent or another adult using their Google Play account. If you're buying it for a child, you accept these terms on their behalf and decide how they use it. The Parent Corner, behind a grown-up gate, has settings for progress, difficulty and play time.

7. Updates

We may release updates to fix problems, improve the game or keep it working on newer versions of Android. Updates arrive through Google Play, and are covered by these terms. We aren't obliged to keep releasing updates, but the game works offline, so the version you have keeps working on devices it supports. We'll never use an update to add ads, in-app purchases or data collection to the game you paid for.

8. Who owns what

  • The game, including Hamza and the other characters, the art, music, sound, levels, code and our own text, belongs to EratechIT and is protected by copyright and other laws. "Super Hamza" is our product name.
  • The hadith quotations on the lesson cards are reproduced word for word from the published sources named on each card (Sunnah.com for English and Arabic; HadeethEnc for Turkish).
  • The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

9. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to make the game safe, accurate and reliable, and we're responsible for providing it as described. Within what the law allows:

  • we're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, for problems caused by your device, its software or how it's set up, or for lost progress (for example, after clearing the game's storage or changing device without a backup);
  • if you're a business, the game is for personal use only, and we're not responsible to you for any loss of profit, business or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited or excluded.

10. Ending the licence

You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously break these terms (for example, by copying and distributing the game), we may end your licence by telling you, and you'd then need to delete your copy. Sections 8, 9 and 11 continue after the licence ends.

11. Law and disputes

If you have a problem, please write to us first; most things can be put right quickly. If you're a consumer, these terms are governed by the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these terms takes away the protection of that country's mandatory consumer laws.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms, for example when the law changes. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes won't reduce the rights you have for a copy you've already bought.
